Our half day meeting package includes meeting room and lunch and morning or afternoon servings. The meeting room is at your disposal for 5 hours.

Minimum sales for your meeting rooms is 500€.

Relaxing start for your day

Start your meeting day in a relaxed atmosphere in our Merisali with a magnificent sea view or at the 2nd floor lobby area.

Combine your own breakfast from our delicious breakfast buffet.

We serve for example fruits, nuts, refreshing vitamin shot made from seasonal berries, freshly brewed coffee and tea. Not to mention traditional rye and croisants served with salad, tomato, cucumber, cheeses and charcuterie.

Energizing lunch

Our meeting lunch includes three / two course menu by chef de cuisine and coffee or tea.
Lunch is served in the Merisali (according to reservations).

Afternoon break

Fresh small brewery coffee and tea served with our daily delicacy, for example sweet pastry, muffin or cake.

Meeting package includes also our meeting room, meeting technique, papers, and cloakroom service and Thoreau water.

We hope you to confirm the number of people attending the meeting 7 (seven) days prior to your event. Please let us know any dietary requirements within your party in advance, if possible. Please let us know in advance if you should wish us to send you an invoice, and the person and the address this should be sent to. We add 15,00€ for invoice. VAT is included in the prices. We reserve the right to change the prices.
